Local businesses in and around Hemmant and Lytton are invited to a free industry breakfast workshop at the Wynnum Golf Club on 2nd October. Participants will learn how to reduce their energy and water usage, as well as lower their waste output, to improve their business’s efficiency and lower their utility costs.
Speakers on the day will include CitySmart CEO, Megan Houghton, and Chairman of Business South Bank, Barton Green, as well as local businesses that have made financial savings through energy and waste efficiencies, and representatives from Energex, the University of Queensland, Linde, CSR Bradford and the Rain Harvesting Group.
Participants go into the running to win one of two Level 1 Energy Audits.
